The Swamp Arts Collective is a community founded by Frank Lee Frivolous, dedicated to empowering artists and creatives from all backgrounds. The Swamp has now become a registered entity with a working committee and a home to many local Toowoomba artisans with a shared passion for exhibiting work, sharing music and being part of a community.
